- International shipping from New Zealand costs quoted here are fixed.
- Shipping prices for orders is shown in the ‘Order’ column (these prices correspond to the largest item in your order).
- Example 1) If you buy an A4 and an A3 print you will be charged for A3 print shipping.
- Example 2) If you buy a keychain and mousepad you will be charged for the shipping price of a mousepad.
- If a large quantity of items are to be purchased please contact me before ordering to discuss shipping rates and options.
- Orders are generally shipped out weekly, if not I will send an email to inform you in case of unforeseen circumstances that may hinder processing time on my end.
- Sticker only orders, shipping as letters, have a delivery target of 3 business days for NZ, 3-6 business days for AUS and 6-10 business days for international orders, however delays may be experienced from time to time – please reach out to me via the contact form or email in this case.

Returns and refunds
Once shipped, all sales are final and returns or refunds are given only in the exception your item has been damaged or lost during shipment. If this is the case, please contact me using the ‘contact’ form or email.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are items paid for in full, prior to the items availability. Pre-order fulfilment dates are subject to change depending on manufacturing and shipping times. In the event the arrival date changes significantly (more than one month) you will be contacted and full refunds can be given if you no longer want the pre-order item(s). Pre-orders are processed and shipped once the items become available.
General Store Policies
Digital product images are for illustrative purposes only, actual products may vary due to manufacturing processes. Product dimensions and weights are stated as accurately as possible, however due to manufacturing variances actual product measurements may differ. Vinyl stickers are claimed as water and UV resistant, however, we do not hold any responsibility, or claim, they hold integrity when subject to different conditions.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel and refund orders of customers displaying difficult behavior and unreasonable requests
- Refuse service to a customer and terminate their account
